Hill and Hollow Farm is excited to support two of our region’s farmer’s markets: metro Nashville Farmer’s Market and St. Andrew’s Market Day in Glasgow, Kentucky. We not only deliver our CSA share baskets to each of these markets, but also sell extra produce that we grow, including fresh cut flowers, farm fresh eggs, shiitake mushrooms and other seasonal local specialties. If you are not yet acquainted with the fabulous lettuce or heirloom tomatoes from our farm, you should be!
Market days are exciting days for us as farmers, it is our day off the farm, the day when we see all of the members of our greater community that are feeding themselves with the food that we grow. It is a wonderful day of friendship, trade and excitement and we invite you to join us and all of the other local vendors, farmers and artisans.
If you are not a member of Hill and Hollow CSA either in Nashville, TN or Glasgow, KY please feel free to stop by at either the metro Nashville farmers market on 8th and Jefferson www.nashvillefarmersmarket.com or St. Andrews Episcopal Church 910 Colombia Street in Glasgow, KY. We are there each Saturday during the main season from May through October from 8 am until noon. Both markets offer an array of fresh local foods and crafts and should be part of your Saturday routine as it is ours.
